In 1989, Songshan Abrasives Factory of Zhengzhou Railway Industry Corporation was established, and then Zhengzhou Songshan Boron Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was established after technological transformation of modern enterprises.

Our company is approved by the State Administration for Industry and commerce to set up a set of boron carbide professional long crystal, processing boron carbide abrasive, boron carbide powder, boron carbide grinding fluid and other products of the national high-tech enterprises. After 31 years of technology accumulation, it has become the pioneer of technological innovation in boron carbide industry.

The company has 5 boron carbide arc furnace (4000kva power), 2 flexible granulation processing lines and 1 fine powder production line. Through years of research and development, we have formed a stable professional and technical team and production process. With independent research and development of production equipment, we can produce products that meet domestic and industry standards, and specialize in the production of customized products according to the requirements of domestic and foreign customers. The company has an annual output of 2000 tons of boron carbide sand, including 800 tons of boron carbide refractory powder, 800 tons of boron carbide fine powder, 100 tons of nuclear industry powder and 300 tons of engineering ceramic powder. Product model: national standard series: w0.5 w3.5 W5 W7 W10 W14 W20 W28 W40 European standard series: f90-f1500 and refractory class 325-0.

Technical advantages:

It can produce 4 tons of finished products in a single furnace, and the rate of first-class finished products is more than 70%. The products have high quality density, good hardness and microhardness. At present, the company can produce 0.5 micron in normal batch, which can be used in ceramic products, bulletproof board and other fields. It has developed and produced sub nanometer boron carbide with B4C content up to 99.5%. It is one of the domestic enterprises with high purity boron carbide production capacity. It has been recognized and cooperated by China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, China Atomic Energy Research Institute, Logistics Engineering College of PLA and ceramic College of Harbin Institute of technology, and has become its material supplier.
